Porte is an immersive festival where experience is displayed as food, music and culture. At Porte, you get to sample your favourite brands and learn about new ones! Get ready for a fun day of music, food, gaming and community.

Porte 24 is located at Brooklyn Navy Yard - 141 Flushing Ave, Brooklyn, NY
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
This experience is held outdoors. If due to the weather forecast the event cannot be held, we will notify you via email at the same address linked to your Fever account. When in doubt, please remember to check your spam folder too.
How long does the experience last?
For you to have an estimate, people usually spend 4 hours at this experience.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Yes—please have a look at your ticket to confirm if food is included for you. Gluten-free and vegan options can be requested; for more information, please check your purchase confirmation email.
Is there parking available?
Unfortunately, there won't be parking at this venue, so we recommend you don't arrive by car.
Will there be additional sessions?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the festival page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Is there a dress code?
There's no defined dress code for this experience; a casual look will be fine.
Will there be interaction with the performers?
While the performers will captivate and engage the audience, the experience does not involve direct interaction with them.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes! There will be merchandise for sale at the shop.
TICKETS
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
No, for this event you won't be able to transfer your tickets to another person.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
For this event, all sales are final and tickets can’t be refunded, changed or modified. For more information, please refer to our T&Cs.
ACCESS
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended that you arrive at the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive anytime during operating hours as it is an all-day ticket.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no animals are allowed in this event’s location—not even service animals.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue.
What are the prohibited items at the experience? Can I smoke or vape?
Smoking and Vaping is only permitted outdoors.
Do you offer carer tickets?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. Please contact us here.
Once we receive this, we will provide you with a voucher that you can use to purchase your free carer ticket in the Fever app (based in availability).
Please keep in mind that you will have to show the regular ticket with this carer ticket when entering the venue.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
We are happy to confirm that both deaf and visually impaired people will be able to enjoy this experience.
Will there be strobe lights?
This event will include strobe lights.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
This is a walkthrough experience, but if you need a little rest, you will be able to find some seats for you to have a break.
Will restrooms be available on site?
This venue has restrooms—please ask our staff on site for indications.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Is there a Lost & Found?
We would recommend asking the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please reach out at hello@portefestival.com
Is a coat check available?
Unfortunately, this experience does not include a coat check station.
Is there an age requirement?
This experience only allows guests above 13 years old.
